This is a replacement shell for 2019-2024 RAM 1500 smart keys. This will not work for the RAM 2500 because the circuit board is different and it is a different FCC ID. The RAM 1500 smart keys have an LED light at the top of the key. The OEM circuit board fits snugly inside, there is room for the 4A transponder chip on the back cover, and it all snaps shut together like the original does.
