Vintage miniature dollhouse tiny house figurine is made of resin and is two shades of brown with black and white accents. This can be used in a standard 1:12 scale dollhouse or in a smaller 1:24 (or half scale) dollhouse as well. Excellent vintage condition and perfect for any room of your dollhouse!     

Measures .75" long x 3/8" wide x a little over .75" tall.           

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
